Bill Harper, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indiana (TMMI) Bill Harper, PE is Assistant Manager of Environmental Affairs at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indiana (TMMI). TMMI manufactures the Toyota Tundra truck, Sequoia SUV, and Sienna mini-van. Bill graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Bill has worked as an environmental engineer for 16 years; the last 10 years with TMMI.
