The Secrets of Leadership Excellence

The dynamic of leadership is defined as an ability to influence others for the purpose of shared achievement. Leadership wisdom equips and motivates people to effectively manage themselves and consequently inspire and nurture their teams toward that same goal.

The Tri-State Manufacturers' Alliance, together with ICA Southwest Construction Roundtable, will welcome Dr. Dan Snively to the Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center on Friday, February 17. Dr. Snively, an expert in linking leadership to character, will communicate key leadership traits and the dynamics of emotional intelligence to an audience of CEOs, Shop Floor Supervisors, Young Professionals, and leaders in the community.

TSMA Fourth Quarter Event (November 2011):

TSMA Speaker Kelley Executive PartnersThe Tri-State Manufacturers' Alliance hosted a half-day active learning workshop called "Manufacturers & Marketing: Assessing New Product Introduction and Driving Competitive Advantage." The workshop took place at Innovation Pointe on November 3, and IU marketing professor Rockney G. Walters engaged manufacturers in best practice market analysis and new product evaluation strategies. Industry Monitor Results Seminar

On August 18, 2011, Karen Kurek, McGladrey's National Manufacturing Practice Leader, provided TSMA members with in-depth presentation about the results of McGladrey's spring 2011 manufacturing survey that included a revealing overview of industry highlights, issues on the horizon, workforce plans, global expansion and how manufacturers are aggressively staying competitive.

2010 QUARTERLY EVENTS

TSMA Fourth Quarter Event SpeakersFourth Quarter Event (November 2010):
