TSMA Peer Groups

Conversations that occur among peers are often the best way to learn about the latest trends and how to find solutions to common business problems. A TSMA corporate membership allows you to join one of the established peer groups.

What are peer groups and how are they formed?

TSMA local peer groups are a confidential forum for company decision makers to meet on a regular basis and gain practical knowledge and counsel from peers on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s manufacturers.  TSMA peer groups are constantly evolving, and new peer groups are formed based on member interest.

What are current peer group topics?

The current TSMA local peer groups are:

  • Engineering Managers Peer Group

  • Lean Peer Group

  • Equipment Reliability & Maintenance Peer Group

  • Energy Conservation Peer Group

  • Sustainability/Green Peer Group

  • Global Business Peer Group

New peer groups in the works include a Marketing Peer Group, an Energy Markets Peer Group and a Healthcare Peer Group!

How do I join a TSMA peer group?

For TSMA corporate memberships, there are three peer groups who currently have openings for new members:  The Lean Peer Group contact is Kyle Hanson, Anchor Industries (812.867.4601). The Sustainability/Green Peer Group contact is David Sobotka, Purdue TAP (812.424.4976).
The Equipment Reliability & Maintenance Peer Group contact is Joe Kuhn, Alcoa (812.853.4653).
